‘Dancing with the Stars 16’ results: Did Sean Lowe, Victor Ortiz survive another week?
Leading into Tuesday night’s “Dancing with the Stars” results show, it seemed to us that there were really just two people in danger of going home: Andy Dick and Victor Ortiz. They had each been in danger of going home before, and neither one of them did particularly great when it comes to scoring from the judges. (With that being said, we personally found Andy much more entertaining when it came to his actual routine.)
So were we in for a predictable night, or did a shocker come up in the ballroom? The first thing that we were surprised about was seeing Sean Lowe and Peta Murgatroyd “in jeopardy,” but at the same time, this doesn’t really mean anything until you get down in the bottom two. While Sean has never been an A+ dancer, he does have loyal fans.
However, then things got a little bit surprising. Andy and Sharna Burgess were declared safe, which meant that Sean and Peta were in the bottom two for the first time all season long. But was this the final rose for “The Bachelor”? Not yet. Victor and Lindsay finally went home after several weeks of being in danger, and he had a pretty classy exit. He wasn’t a great dancer, but it’s hard to argue that this season did anything but help him when it comes to getting exposure. Boxing’s a sport that needs a spark, and maybe this will at least help to get him some more attention in his sport.
What did you think about the “Dancing with the Stars” results tonight: did the right person go home? Plus, what did you think of the performances from will.i.am and the always-sensational Olly Murs?
