‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Naya Rivera teases Brittany – Santana story in finale

Do you hear that, “Glee” fans? No, that is not the beginnings of the latest musical number; instead, it’s the sound of heads exploding for Brittana fans all around the world. While we don’t know if Brittany and Santana are going to get back together at any point this season (or even in the future), for the first time in weeks there may be a reason to have hope. Why? It all comes courtesy of series star Naya Rivera.

The show’s cast is getting an opportunity right now to read the script for the upcoming season finale, and with that in mind, the woman behind Santana shared the following bit of scoop in a post on her Twitter account:

“Busy busy day! Meetings then off to Glee for my first scene of our last episode of the season! I see a little #brittana in it too!”

This, of course, was met with various screams, fist-pumps, and quite possibly victory dances of fans of the Brittana pairing around the world. This is clearly one of “Glee’s” most outspoken fandoms, even to the point where they were referenced to some extent on an earlier episode when Brittany was thinking about getting with Sam. These two also have some moments ahead, including some in Thursday’s “Shooting Star” that will make fans of that pairing rather happy.

Brittana is hardly the only pairing that will be addressed before the end of the season, as there will also be at least one moment for Kurt and Blaine along with some possible Finn / Rachel goodness. The only twist here may come in that Cory Monteith is not going to appear in the final two episodes due to his current stint in rehab.
