‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2 spoilers: Jorge Garcia to return again!
If you are a big fan of Jorge Garcia’s character of Anton (Giant pun intended), then you’re probably going to be thrilled with the news that the former “Lost” star will be making his third appearance on “Once Upon a Time” for the episode “Lacey” airing on Sunday, April 21. The last we saw the man, he was trying to get accustomed to a new life for himself working among the dwarves.
So is that working out for him? It seems that way, at least based on the official synopsis from the episode released by ABC, which of course also introduces plenty of scoop that will surely make fans of Belle and Rumpelstiltskin spontaneously excited and worried:
“Mr. Gold enlists the aid of David to help him try to jog Belle’s now cursed memories and get her to love him again; and when it is revealed that the magic beans Anton (Jorge Garcia, “Lost”) and the dwarves have been harvesting have begun to grow and could possibly transport everybody home, Emma is torn over whether she would want to live in fairytale land or stay in our world. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, Rumplestiltskin forces Belle to accompany him on a hunt to kill a thief, whom she had freed in the name of mercy.”
Ultimately, it does not sound as though Garcia’s character is going to have the same sort of substantial role that he had in “Tiny,” but let’s hope that this is once again something that leaves the door open for him to make future appearances on the show. We know that Jorge, like many other recurring stars here, is frequently in demand, so you just have to enjoy having him around for the time being.
