‘Shark Tank’ preview: Is Drop Stop a brilliant idea for cars?
On the evening of Good Friday, why not have a great time with an all-new “Shark Tank”? The show is back with more inventions, and while the preview below does not really give you much information, it does tell you that the episode is going to feature an idea so smart, you will wonder why in the world no one has thought of this before.
After doing some research on what the product is, we in theory have to agree. Who out there has ever dropped your phone, coins, or other small items in that opening between your car seat and your cup holder? It’s annoying, and more often than not, it turns your car into a mess. Luckily, this is where Drop Stop comes into play. Seriously, we have no idea why no one has ever thought of an invention that closes off that opening, and can adapt for a variety of cars and seats. It’s beneficial from a convenience standpoint (since it means less time to clean your car), and it also seems like a genuine way to avoid distracted driving.
Of course, there’s a difference between saying something is a brilliant product and it being right for this show. We don’t know the evaluation, whether there are any problems on the business side, or if the guys go about negotiating the right way. The good news is that both Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner seem interested, but there have been a few times before where we’ve seen a good product leave with nothing for a variety of reasons.
What do you think: is Drop Stop something that you could see getting a buy on this show? Check back Friday for a full review of this episode; meanwhile, you can also check out some other highlights from this season over at the link here.

What a wonderful invention! I have dropped my ($70.00) clip ons in-between the seat and counsel and by the time I got them out I had scratched them all up! I will be ordering one to two sets, soon!
