‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’: NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak reconcile

Well, this is something that not even the most passionate “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fan could have ever saw coming: after roughly two years of being bitter enemies, even to the point where they could not stand being in the same room together for long stretches of time, NeNe Leakes and her former co-star Kim Zolciak have surprisingly made amends.

The good news comes amidst reports that the two started to rebuild bridges during the recent taping of their reunion show, and this was further supported courtesy of a new message that the star of NBC’s “The New Normal” wrote on her Twitter account recently:

“Just had the best chat wit @Kimzolciak! Now I see [Kim’s daughter] @BrielleZolciak is following me! I just pulled off the road 2 cry. This is 2 much.”

Meanwhile, Kim (who actually quit the Bravo series midway through after feuding with several of the other housewives, and has her own spin-off on the way entitled “Don’t Be Tardy…”) fired back an encouraging message of her own:

“My heart is at such peace @neneleakes best chat ever! See u soon! #onwardandupward”

Does this reconciliation mean that any and all “Real Housewives”-related feuds can be resolved? It is certainly a good sign, and this was by far the ugliest one that we have ever seen on any season of the Bravo show. The only ones that even come remotely close to this are the ones featuring Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga on the “New Jersey” show, and possible some of what went down between Brandi Glanville and Adrienne Maloof before the latter’s exit from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
