‘Game of Thrones’ season 3 video: Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke talk new episodes

With there now officially being less than a week until the “Game of Thrones” season 3 premiere, HBO is finding even more ways to amp up excitement for the series. For example, just look at the video below, which somehow manages to transform a red-carpet premiere into something that is incredibly epic.

In the video, the majority of the cast members speak out on what fans can expect from the new season, how the action finds a way to be ratcheted up again yet another notch, and we wee the beginnings of a pretty epic war in Westeros. Perhaps the biggest surprise in here is Alfie Allen, who strangely looks like he is a member of the Targeryan family with his bleached-blonde hair.

For fans of the George R.R. Martin books, Peter Dinklage proclaims that there will be payoff for just about every moment. It’s ultimately nice to even get this much scoop from the actor, who is often shy in real life and does not do many television interviews. Meanwhile, Emilia Clarke of course references the famous dragons, who are finally starting to grow up in the new season and will begin to “misbehave” a bit. You know that this has to be bad news for anyone who crosses their so-called “mother,” as Dany is starting to become more and more of a threat to everyone that she runs into.

Some other actors featured in the video include Maisie Williams (Arya), Lena Headey (Cersei), Richard Madden (Robb), Sophie Turner (Sansa), and Gwendoline Christie (Brienne).
