ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5 spoilers: First look at Nathan Fillion from 100th episode
“Castle” fans, get ready to celebrate: the 100th episode of the show is only a matter of days away. While Monday night’s episode is going to revolve very much around Seamus Dever’s character of Ryan, the episode “The Lives of Others” airing the following week will be a massive celebration of everything that the show has put on in the past. Not only that, but we are also going to have a mystery that very much pays homage to the work of Alfred Hitchcock.
Before we do anything else, we should really tell you to check out the official synopsis of the hour courtesy of ABC:
“In the show’s 100th episode, Castle finds himself in the unfortunate position of not being able to work a case. While he’s holed up in the loft with a broken leg, Beckett goes off to investigate the death of an IRS agent without him, leaving Castle miserable and bored. But when he thinks he witnesses the murder of a young woman in the apartment across the street, he is thrown into a Rear Window-esque murder mystery that hits much too close to home.”
The photo to the left clearly shows Nathan Fillion’s character in a somewhat-disturbed state, almost as if he feels like he has seen a ghost and nobody else believes him. We always prefer our Castle to be a little bit disheveled, so based on that alone, we feel as though we could really be in for quite a time moving forward.
Are you excited to see the 100th episode, and is there anything you are specifically hoping for? If you want to watch a preview clip for Monday night’s “Castle,” you can do so over here.

I am really looking forward to Castle and Beckett moving forward. It’s time to hear “I love You Rick” after all this has been a 4 year courtship. The hilarious antics will also be in place, which we all expect.

Poor Castle. I’m sure Beckett would love to be his nurse.

Matt, I have always enjoyed your articles and inside info. However, for the past week or so, everytime I click on a link to see some juicy tidbit, I get an ad asking me for info to sign up or purchase now. I am not interested in that and can no longer see what you recommend. Sad and disappointed as I will not do that. Thanks.

I’ll look into that. That’s not something that we have set up to do on our end, and it’s certainly not something we’re interested in putting readers through. Thanks for letting me know.
