‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 6: Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parsons break for ‘Time Warp’

While the cast of “The Big Bang Theory” may be geeking out on the set these days over the addition of Bob Newhart as a guest star, they have just as much to be excited about away from the show. Why is that? Let’s just say that it involves a certain hit production known as “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” and a special performance put on in order to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association at Sardi’s Gala, which took place this year at the Beverly Hilton.

As an extra way to raise money, the majority of the show’s regular cast not only dressed up as the iconic movie’s cast, but they even gave a performance of “Time Warp” in front of potential givers. Jim Parsons did a mean Dr. Frank N. Further, and while Kaley Cuoco was also fantastic in her own way, his makeover following his time as Dr. Sheldon Cooper on set is certainly the most drastic.

Outside of the fact that they are raising money for a great cause (and this being extremely entertaining), the main thing that we can take away from this is that the show’s entire cast seems to completely get along away from work, which is probably one of the reasons why the show has gone on to be so successful. It always makes for a better work environment when there is little tension, and everyone is as willing to have fun as they are here.
