‘True Blood’ season 6 spoilers: Meet some new faces (with an awesome title)
The new characters just keep coming on “True Blood” season 6. You may already know a little bit about the new villain for the season in Macklyn (Rutger Hauer), and you may also be well aware of some of the new vampires that are coming down for some love triangle arcs.
However, for this latest bit of casting news suggests that we are going to actually meet some new characters related to another new character. In other words, we’re going to need to make sure that we are paying attention for most of the episodes coming up on the show moving forward. According to SpoilerTV, the producers behind the series are currently casting a pair of actors to pay the parents of Ben, the mysterious new faerie who gets closer to Sookie Stackhouse (and possibly serves as a love interest for) over the course of the coming episodes. You will meet Ben early on in the season, but his parents will be five episodes in (and will appear in flashbacks).
With that in mind, we also have some news now when it comes to titles: this fifth installment may have one of the craziest titles that we have ever seen on the show before: “F**k the Pain Away.” Wait, is this supposed to be something airing on HBO, or on Cinemax after the end of primetime? The show does use song titles for their episodes, and there is a track by Peaches of this name.
What do you specifically think about this title, and does it in your mind stand out as one of the coolest things ever created by the cast and crew of the HBO show? Be sure to share some of your thoughts below, and you can also read a little bit more news when it comes to the Macklyn character over at the link here.
