‘True Blood’ season 6 spoilers: Is another vampire arriving in Bon Temps?
Just in case “True Blood” did not have enough characters as it is, we now have even more news about the latest vampire that could be potentially joining the world of Sookie and Jason Stackhouse for season 6 of the hit HBO vampire series.
According to a new report from SpoilerTV, there will be a new recurring character popping up on the show named Wes, and he is going to first surface in the sixth episode of the season. Not much else is known about the role right now, but he could end up being a major player in the weeks to come later on in the season. (Rumor has it that the character will be involved in some sort of romantic subplot.)
If you add Wes to the list of people who are already on the HBO show, you have quite a list. We already are expected Warlow to turn up thanks to the storyline at the end of season 5, and we also have the Governor of Louisiana, his daughter, a spirited activists who is in over her head, and also much more of Alcide’s father than we ever had before. While the show did lose some key characters last year in Russell Edgington, Salome, many other members of the vampire authority, and Hoyt, they are more than making up for it with all of their new additions.
“True Blood” season 6 does not have a confirmed premiere date just yet, but it is likely to be back on HBO in either mid-to-late June depending on where the schedulers want to stick it this year.
