‘Once Upon a Time’ season 2 finale spoilers: Some major ‘Peter Pan’ hints
On Sunday night, “Once Upon a time” had its season 2 panel at PaleyFest, and boy, was there ever a plethora of information shared in between some character surprises, twists and turns, and most notably the official titles for the finale two episodes of the season. Buckle in: this is going to be interesting.
While at the panel, executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz revealed that the final two episodes of the season will be referred to as “Second Star to the Right” followed by “And Straight on ’til Morning.” For those who are unfamiliar, this is a clear reference to “Peter Man” when it comes to the directions to Neverland. Suffice it to say, we are probably going to be meeting a certain classic character at some point … but probably not until season 3. While Kitsis and Horowitz did not say that Peter Pan was for sure going to be cast next season, they did strongly hint that the show would be venturing to another land, but that we would not be meeting a major character there until the fall.
As for some other big scoop, remember the upcoming episode title “Lacey”? This is actually a reference to the “curse” personality that Emilie de Ravin’s Belle has in Storybrooke, and just like what happened to David when he first woke up, this is the sort of personality that will be awakened within Belle. Based on what de Ravin explained at the panel, Lacey is not going to be anywhere near as nice as Belle, and could even serve as an ally to Regina.
