‘American Idol’ preview: Angela Miller, Kree Harrison ones to watch Wednesday
As the Las Vegas rounds begin on “American Idol” Wednesday night, we are going to provide you with a preview hours before each show detailing the contestants set to sing, and also just who out of the group is capable of generating some major moments for the show that actually have viewers talking after the fact.
In case you missed our earlier article on announced performers, the artists who will be hitting up the show on Wednesday are Adriana Latonio, Amber Holcomb, Angela Miller, Brandy Hotard, Isabelle (only going by one name), Jenny Beth Willis, Kamaria Ousley, Kree Harrison, Shubha Vedula, and Tenna Torres. We personally find it an interesting choice to lead off with the women even though we have not heard from the guys in over a week, but there are obvious people that the show wants to make sure we do not forget about here.
With that in mind, the three following ladies have to be considered people worth watching:
Angela Miller – While Candice Glover is fantastic, we are actually bold enough to say right now that Angela is the favorite to win the competition. Her original song “You Set Me Free” was so powerful that it takes precedence over her not always receiving the most airtime. This is the only performance of the season that we have listened to on more than two occasions.
Kree Harrison – You may or may not remember Kree, largely because she only has had one notable moment in the competition based on the edit … but what a moment it was. She managed to take on Grace Potter and the Nocturnals’ “Stars,” and make it sound great without reminding us solely of Amanda Brown’s stellar version of the song from “The Voice” this past season.
Shubha Vedula – We have no idea whether or not Shubha will make it to the next round, but she brings a touch of genre originality to the show given that she is a little bit more of a traditional pop singer. She also has a distinctive look, which we will gladly take after seeing a sea of blondes make it deep into the competition last year.
Who are you the most excited to see on “American Idol” Wednesday night? Be sure to share your thoughts below, and you can read more when it comes to announced performers over at the link here.

Wow some beautiful voices! Goodluck to all of them!
Judge’s = really cheesy (please get some balls) as performers we need real, honest straight forward critics of our presentations..and that means some will be hard to take! Well that’s this business if your real and you want to be heard it will cost you! Musicianship is ALL about BELIEF, PRACTICE, REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE & THAT IS THE INVESTMENT YOU AS JUDGES ARE CRITICALY ANALYZING (Don’t do the performer the injustice of manipulating the truth) especially immediately after they perform and are pychologically coming down off of that high!

TOO many commercials. Also i am not that jazzed with the Judges this year.
They still did not get it right with having Meriah and Nicky and the bantering was
childish and bullyish and thats what the world is talking about to AVOID. You
need Judges that ALL get along with no Drama and shame on the producers
who wanted that to be acted out on purpose for ratings. I still miss Simon he
did bring that “za-za’zuu” to the show. PLEASe never bring back Paula !! she
was as bad as Britney with “amazing” only said on Xfactor. Miriah Carey needs to tone down the glamor dresses “she is not Ginger from Gilligans Island”.

I have never been so excited about one single performer in all the years I have watched idol – and we aren’t even live yet! If Angela Miller does not make it tonight, there is nothing worth watching on idol this season and I’ll be watching survivor and two and half men. I think they need her as much as she needs them.
