ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5 spoilers: The title for the 100th episode is…
With us getting set to kick off a rather emotional two-part episode of “Castle” season 5 beginning on Monday, series boss Andrew W. Marlowe had already proclaimed that we would probably see the show’s 100th episode be something a little more light-hearted, and much more in the traditional “Castle.” While this episode will not get your tear-ducts going (especially since it is airing outside of sweeps), it will very likely make you smile.
According to a new report from SpoilerTV, this episode is going to carry with it the official title of “The Lives of Others,” while there are no real details available when it comes to what Castle and Beckett will be up to, the new characters being cast have a theme of taxes and the IRS around them. With that in mind, expect this to air right around the time of tax season, and likely summarize what millions of people out there feel about people working in this industry (or just the idea of giving away tons of money to the government).
With this being the 100th episode, we do still anticipate there being at least a few memorable callbacks to some of the show’s early years. Plus, we are personally hoping to find out a little bit more when it comes to the future of Castle and Beckett’s relationship … even if they save most of the bigger stunners for the May sweeps, which is the time in which the biggest stunners of the year typically occur. “Castle” would have had its 100th episode likely this month, were it not for the fact that it had a shortened first season thanks to it being a midseason replacement.
