‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ rumors: Taylor Armstrong out, Dayna Devon in?

Even though “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3 is still actually on the air, this is somehow not stopping a sea of new casting rumors from popping up all across the internet. In these, Taylor Armstrong (who has had a relatively quiet season after the tragedy involving Russell) seems to be on the chopping block … and someone who certainly fits the bill for a prospective star could be filling her place.

According to a new report from TMZ, Dayna Devon, a former “Extra” personality and current cast member of the show “Plastic Wives,” is in early talks to join the show along with Penny Lancaster, the current wife of Rod Stewart.

Let’s start with the Devon rumor, since this seems to be the one with the greatest amount of validity to it considering that Devon has known TMZ co-founder Harvey Levin personally for quite a few years. (In other words, it’s a rock-solid source.) While it is not a given that she will join the series, this one be a pretty interesting case of someone from one reality show jumping ship to another; but given her past in TV and being married to a plastic surgeon (otherwise known as the gods of Beverly Hills), it makes sense.

As for Lancaster, this would mostly just be funny given that Adrienne Maloof is dating Stewart’s son from a prior relationship in Sean. The legendary rock star has eight children from five separate relationships, and is well-known for his complicated personal life. (However, he and Penny have been together for over a decade.)
