ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2, episode 14 preview: Emily Thorne’s ‘Sacrifice’ awaits

Emily Thorne has suffered failures on “Revenge” in the past … but never like this. Her actions have been in some shape or form taken hold on everyone in the Hamptons, and while she may not want to admit it, she is in part responsible for Jack and Amanda getting married, and the two taking off on their little honeymoon-on-a-boat to begin with.

Unfortunately, this upcoming episode is entitled “Sacrifice” for a reason: she’s going to lose someone who would have otherwise lived had she never come to the Hamptons to begin with. Who is the victim? This is still shrouded in a little bit of mystery, but for the time being there only does seem to be a pair of candidates: Jack, Amanda, or both of them.

The promo below shows Emily finding her way out to the boat, and thus doing just about everything she can in order to save the lives of the lovebirds who need her help the most. Unfortunately, she’s going to need to take out Nate Ryan in the process, a man who has never really had the sort of evil tinge to him that we had hoped to see.

There is really one thing that we’ve noticed for the past episode or so above all else: the show is subtly starting to set it up so that Victoria Greyson can once again become the villain, especially now that Helen is dead and things are not looking so good anymore for Nate.
