‘Supernatural’ season 8, episode 14 preview: Jensen Ackles put to the test
While the last few episodes of “Supernatural” season 8 have been by and large enjoyable (even though “Everybody Hates Hitler” can be best described as more than a little bit weird), you could argue that none of them have really gotten the job so much done when it comes to the storyline pertaining to the tablet. However, that will be changing in a pretty big way courtesy of next week’s new installment “Trial and Error.”
What we can tell you for now is that this episode marks the return of Kevin, and it will also feature Sam and Dean (who are starting to become accustomed to their new Batcave) facing a serials of trials that will hopefully get themselves a step closer to releasing all demonic activity from this world.
As for just what this entails, somehow it leads to Jensen Ackles getting a chance to be romantic with a lucky lady. Then again, is he really that lucky at all? When you remember that the men of “Supernatural” do not exactly have the best history when it comes to the ladies, odds are that this is not going to end very well at all.
For those of you who are major Castiel fans, there is no confirmation that he will be in this episode; however, don’t fret: Misha Collins is slated to be a part of several more episodes this season, and it will be sooner rather than later that he does turn up on the small screen again. After all, we still have the Naomi storyline to deal with.
