‘Glee’ season 4, episode 13 preview: Lea Michele vs. Chris Colfer is on

On next week’s new episode of “Glee,” the battle of the divas will commence … as will the battle to try to figure out what qualifies to be a diva in the first place. There will be enormous dresses, huge ballads, conflicting feelings, and major feelings made.

Only a small sample of this is made apparent in the first promo for the episode below, but there are still a few easy things to read into. For one, Santana and Brittany are probably going to have some face time together after being apart ever since Heather Morris’ character first got together with Sam. As a result of this, Brittany is probably going to realize just how complicated her feelings are (and this is coming from someone who only rarely uses the word “complicated” at all).

At the end of the day, we’re not sure that this is going to work out for Santana as many hope it will. She hinted at a move to New York City this week, and that is even farther away from Brittany than where she is now in Louisville.

Speaking of New York City, we are also going to see something get Rachel and Kurt a little bit riled up and into a “diva-off,” though this story from the onset highlights one of the show’s problems at the moment: these two have received so little face time we don’t really know what their relationship is even like right now. On a different note, we don’t even know if Kurt’s date with Adam ended up going well. What gives, “Glee”? The only thing crazier than this is having an episode named “Diva” that does not prominently feature Mercedes … oh wait.
