‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9, episode 13 preview: Drama for Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith
In the world of “Grey’s Anatomy,” nothing ever seems to go off without a hitch. This is at least what we have learned via Ellen Pompeo’s character of Dr. Meredith Grey, who will be going through some pregnancy troubles on Thursday night’s new episode. (Can a baby ever be born on a Shonda Rhimes show without some fear for its safety?)
What is especially interesting about this clip is that it seems as though there is a wink and a nudge to the audience here, as Meredith suggests that she grew too comfortable with her life, and baby drama is therefore a way of the universe kicking her back to the ground to remind her that nothing in life is that easy. After all, the doctors of Seattle Grace are in the process still of finalizing a massive settlement with the hospital that will set them for the rest of their lives … but what good is money if you have no one to share your memories with?
This is not a story that is going to have a resolution by the end of the episode sadly; and as a matter of fact, it will likely be May before we know whether or not Meredith’s baby ends up being born happy and healthy. Let’s just hope by then that some of this anxiety is over, and that Seattle Grace is even still open after all of the drama that is unfolding there with the settlement.
What do you think about this video, and do you think that we have any real reason to worry about whether or not Meredith’s child is going to come out healthy? If you want to watch another sneak peek from this episode, you can do so over at the link here.

It would be an idea that the people who gets the million dollar settlement fromt he plane crash to buy the hospital and they can run it the way they want to.l
