ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 2 spoilers: Looking beyond episode 13
As we have reported already this year, the 13th episode of “Scandal” was originally set to function as the show’s season 2 finale before ABC opted to pick up the show for an additional nine episodes. While we are sure that Shonda Rhimes has managed to find a way to establish a strong connection between this episode and the ones that now follow, episode 14 will likely still have some sort of feeling of new beginnings to it. While some storylines will inevitably continue, new plots could start to form.
Unfortunately, the only details that we have to share or even speculate on at the moment are a pair of episode titles that were recently obtained via SpoilerTV. Before sharing them, remember that these are tentative and could change for whatever reason prior to the episodes actually airing.
Episode 2.14 – “Whisky Tango Foxtrot” (airing February 14). Is it just us, or does this title sound to anyone else like something that would be a part of that “Cell Block Tango” song from “Chicago”?
Episode 2.15 – “Boom Goes the Dynamite” (airing February 21). Even without knowing anything else at all, we are hoping that this episode lives up to the title when it comes to excitement.
Among the larger mysteries out there at the moment are whether or not Fitz will stay married, what sort of scheme the Vice-President will be up to next, and if Olivia is going to accept a marriage proposal coming in her direction. There is also still healing to be done from the Becky fiasco, especially when it comes to Huck.

I love this show. You’ve got me as long as Fitz and Liv get together and take it to the next level. Mellie is too far gone. There just isn’t anything there with her.

I believe Liv should tell Fitz before he hears it from anyone else. If you writers are going to have Fitz stay with is wife then you should soften her some. When I think about Mellie she is Fitz’s father in a skirt. Mellie kept saying how she made Fitz and then have the nerve to say “He only exist cause she say he exist.” I was almost on her band wagon until that happen. I will always want Olitz to be together; no matter how you will spend the show. I’m not sure I will always be a Gladiator. I’m slowly moving away from the show (sorry).

Interested to see what caused the big riff between Melli and Fitz… Wondering if Fitz will be able to forgive Liv…remembering the scene where Liv told the wife of 2nd supreme court nominee “If he doesn’t hear it from you it will break his heart”… Since Liv needs to tell Fitz she didn’t believe he could win the election without rigging the election.
