‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: What’s next for Jessica Capshaw, Sarah Drew
On Saturday, we shared a few thoughts about the official synopsis for the 14th episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, and now, we’re taking a step back by looking at just what is going to transpire during “Bad Blood,” which is the installment airing on January 31.
So what can we read into the state of Seattle Grace with the synopsis below? The first thing is that it does at least appear as though the hospital is still open after the plane crash lawsuit did make us wonder just what the future there was going to be. (They have to either get $60 million somewhere, or these doctors are going to give away money that would keep them set for the rest of their lives.) In addition to that, we are also going to continue a theme of getting to see some characters work together who do not often have opportunities to do so:
“As Derek and April work around the clock to find a solution for the hospital, Cristina struggles to respect the wishes of a family whose son is dying. Meanwhile, Arizona empathizes with a teenager who faces problems similar to her own.”
Is April still going to have Jackson on the brain? There have been plenty of questions concerning this very thing over the past several weeks, and it would certainly be understandable if she still did. At the same time, we have yet to see any sign that Sarah Drew and Jesse Williams’ characters are going to be back together right away (though there is some hope for the future).
Do you think that the doctors are seriously going to give the money back to keep the hospital open, and what do you want to see happen in this episode? If you want to watch a preview for the 12th episode of the season airing Thursday, be sure to head over to the link here.
