‘The X Factor’ USA notes: Carly Rose Sonenclar, Tate Stevens, CeCe Frey

Want to know what’s happening now in the world of “The X Factor” USA? For our latest edition of show notes, the focus here is all about the contestants (which is a nice change after spending much of the past week talking over and over again about Britney Spears and her future on the show). We’ll start with a pair of singers’ Grammy dreams, and we’ll end with what the reigning champ is currently up to.

Vote some of your favorites to the Grammys – We already know that winner Tate Stevens is going to have some sort of commercial with Pepsi that plays out during the Grammy Awards when they air next month; and now, some of the artists who competed against him are doing what they can in order to try and win themselves an actual appearance on the show.

Both CeCe and Carly have each put themselves into the running to try to appear on the show, and you can vote for either of them by checking out their respective voting page either here or here. Emblem3 has advertised that you can also vote for them, but we could not find their voting page on the site as of this writing.

As a voter, you can come back every day and support some of your favorites, and you can also vote up to ten times daily to make their dreams come true.

Tate begins recording – When Simon Cowell said that the plan was for Tate Stevens to get his debut album out pretty quickly, the man wasn’t lying. After all, the country star has just announced that he is already in the studio trying to get some work done on the disc.

Writing in a new post on his Twitter account, here is what Tate had to say about what he is up to:

“Today I start recording an album.This is a day I will never forget. Because of you, my dreams become real today!”

We’ll have more updates throughout the recording process, but we’ll start here by saying that we would be stunned if Tate’s album is not out by the end of the year at the latest.
