‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2 spoilers: What’s in store for Wade and Zoe?

On the last episode of “Hart of Dixie” season 2 (just before the holidays kicked in) Zoe finally stopped fighting her feelings (and awkward tendencies) for Wade and jumped head first into a full out monogamous relationship with him, which was something that fans had been hoping for.  So what happens now for these two love birds?

Well show runner Leila Gerstein spoke to TVLine about the Wade/Zoe romance and said that fans can expect the pair to be together in a real “grown up” relationship – at least until Brick’s cousin Jonah comes into the picture and possibly ruins things for them.  She said: “The second half of the season will find Zoe and Wade attempting to embark on a real, grownup, boyfriend/girlfriend, monogamous relationship and everything that entails. Which is obviously going to be difficult for both of them.”

As for George and Tansy this odd couple will try to have a relationship as well, but something just doesn’t sit right with viewers when it comes to these two.  Gerstein says that with Zoe, Wade, George and Tansy all having history that the four of them trying to have relationships in a town as small as Bluebell could make things a little awkward.  And what about poor Lemon and Lavon?  Don’t expect that with Ruby gone that these two will get back together – things are looking “very grim” for these two.

“Hart of Dixie” season 2 returns to the CW on Tuesday, January 15th at 8 p.m. so be sure to tune in and see what’s in store for everyone in Bluebell.
