‘The X Factor’ USA: Winner Tate Stevens ready for New Year’s Eve
Will Fox be able to draw big ratings for its annual New Year’s Eve bash? At the moment, it seems unlikely given the dominance of “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” in this spot over the course of the past several years. However, that is not going to stop the network or one of its biggest stars at the moment, “X Factor” winner Tate Stevens from trying.
After coming out on top against some stiff competition in the show’s second season, Tate arguably is getting one of the best gigs now that any aspiring star in country music could hope for. This is at least a somewhat different audience than what “The X Factor” has, though it is rather unfortunate that the only other performers on the “New Year’s Eve Live” roster in Las Vegas are rock group Lifehouse (who have not had a smash hit in a few years) and former “Baywatch” star Carmen Electra.
Tate is already in Vegas preparing for the show, and he is also currently in the process of preparing for what his post-show career will really be. He is already working with a team of writers on his debut album, and asked fans on his Twitter account this past week whether or not they would want his first single to be a fast song or a ballad.

i suppose its an typical that he won since its an American contest and America is typically western but i still think carly by far will go the furthest in her singing. Also in the contest you could just set up a huge big bot net and rig the contest so therefore someone random could win. but its alright because i know xfactor is mostly just getting your name out there.
