‘Arrow’ episode 10 preview: How long has Oliver Queen been away?
You may still have a very long to wait still until a new episode of “Arrow” airs on The CW December 16, but we have something to share now that will hopefully make the wait a little less terrible: a brand-new extended preview of the first episode back entitled “Burned.”
It only seems appropriate that an installment with that title would kick things off right away by answering a burning question: where has Oliver Queen been ever since the Dark Archer first surfaced? The show picks up several weeks following the last time he was seen, and our leading man is in a bit of a rut. Diggle tells Oliver that the Archer (who he does not realize is actually Tommy’s father) has gotten into his head, and it may take some help from his very unlikely sources to put him in his place.
Specifically, it may take a little bit help from Laurel. As the clip shows, she calls the Hood up after getting the contact from her father, and it appears as though she may actually be asking for his help in something. Will this somehow tie in to the first appearance of Firefly on the show? It’s possible, since this is a pretty ruthless villain from the DC Comics series. Of course, the question we are curious about now is whether or not this one will live to see another day, or perish unlike some of the ones before him (most notable the Huntress, who is still out there somewhere).
What do you want to see happen when “Arrow” picks up next month? If you want to see who from the world of a certain hit MTV show has signed on for a guest-starring role, you can do so over at the link here.
