ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: Take a look ahead to the next two episodes

If this was earlier in the fall, we would have a new episode of “Revenge” season 2 coming up to be excited about. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and instead we have to wait a few more weeks until Sunday, January 6 rolls around. Luckily, we do at least still have some welcome news worth sharing in official synopsis for the next two episodes.

As you may have heard already, the first new episode of 2012 will be entitled “Power,” and the one airing in the week that follows carries with it the name “Sabotage.” Both definitely have an ominous sound to them, and this is definitely reflected in the descriptions (which are coming to us via SpoilerTV).

“Power” -“Victoria starts planning a scheme that includes Emily; Emily locks in on a new target; Declan learns something that may threaten the Stowaway’s future.”

“Sabotage” – “Emily and Aiden execute their next attack at a fundraiser and wine auction; Victoria plans her next move; Jack, Declan and Amanda worry about the future.”

Our perfect line from these synopses has to come in the “Sabotage” synopsis, mostly because we find the idea of anyone trying to “execute an attack” at a fundraiser and a wine auction to be quite frankly hilarious. With that being said, we are glad to see Declan getting some good material in both episodes, especially as it felt almost as though he was underutilized for much of the first half of the season (though this may just be because we love Connor Paolo and just about everything that he does).
