‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4, episode 9 preview: More for Caroline / Klaus fans!

It’s no secret at all that fans of “The Vampire Diaries” (or at least most of them) love the idea of Klaus and Caroline as a couple, even if this is a guy who has tried on multiple occasions to capture her best friend Elena and use her in part to build and army of hybrids. Maybe the charm is just based out of her fascinating with wanting the bad boy, or maybe it is just the fact that she likes being pursued after watching so many guys go after Nina Dobrev’s character over the years.

All we can say for now is that these two are going to have a few more scenes coming up that longtime fans of the pairing will like, even if they do not done much at all to actually progress the two forward as a couple. You can see one of them in the video box below coming up during Thursday night’s winter finale “O Come All Ye Faithful,” the primary purpose for it seems to be allowing for Caroline to realize that she is really not a little girl anymore.

Could this revelation help to lead Caroline to a romance with Klaus? It’s possible, especially if you are thinking from the mindset that her starting to get away from the feelings of others could cause her to take her own feelings into account first and foremost. If she likes Klaus and wants to give something a shot, who care what anyone else thinks? Unfortunately, the closest this preview comes to anything romantic is getting her a glass of champagne.
