‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9, episode 9 preview: Putting pen to paper

On Thursday night’s new episode of “Grey’s Anatomy,” we are going to be seeing someone in Dr. Bailey preparing for her big wedding to Ben. However, there is also going to be something much sadder to talk about in a divorce. At some point during this episode, we are going to finally find out the answer to a question everyone has been dying to know: are Cristina and Owen going to actually stay together at the end of this show?

Based on the first sneak peek from “Run, Baby, Run” below, we are admittedly rather skeptical. It was only a pair of episodes ago that Owen, who realized that he was kept from disclosing details of his lawsuit to his estranged wife, told her that he wanted a divorce. Apparently, he moves rather quickly given that during this episode, he already has the papers drawn up and is ready to hand them to her. As for whether or not she wants to sign them … she says that she will do so the next day with a pen in hand.

As bad as things may look at this moment for these two, we are actually still not giving up hope on them just yet. After all, there has to be some element of love still here given that they are both working at the same hospital by choice now, and they do not seem to be making a complete effort to avoid one another.
