‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: Jessica Capshaw talks future for Arizona

If you thought that Arizona’s story on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9 could not get any more intense than it is already, you are probably about to be surprised. Even though the doctor is now back at Seattle Grace following having her leg amputated early on this season, there are still so many struggles that come along with learning to do so many basic functions again. In addition to that, there is also the issue of trying to feel romantic while you are simultaneously going through something that can cause such great insecurity.

So what does Jessica Capshaw have to say on this very subject? Writing in a new post on her Twitter account, the actress hyped up some of the upcoming story by saying the following:

“Going on hour 14 here at work…there is a fantastic Arizona story coming your way soon. Working hard and so excited. #blessed”

Just the fact that Capshaw is even excited after 14 hours of work truly says something about her spirit, and you have to enjoy your job to be able to say that. It has been a tour de force year for her thus far, as she has managed to get not only her meatiest story in years, but a chance to liven up the Callie / Arizona relationship after they were mostly given lighthearted storylines during season 8. Now, it will be interesting to see just how she interacts with so many of her fellow co-workers.
