Poldark season 3 episode 7 spoilers: Ross’ offer; Agatha’s 100th birthday

Poldark season 3 episode 7

There’s a celebration in order on Poldark season 3 episode 7, and it’s rare when you think about the drama in this world. We’ve got a birthday! To be specific, we’ve got the 100th birthday for a certain Agatha, the frequent tea-spiller and bringer of snark within this world. It’s easy to forget sometimes Agatha’s advanced age, given that she is so spry, snarky, and chock full of energy within this world. She doesn’t suffer fools, and certainly has no problem making some of her thoughts clear on just about any given moment.

Want to get some more insight into what’s coming beyond just this celebration? Take a look at the attached synopsis below.

Poldark season 3 episode 7 synopsis – “George pursues a vacant seat in Parliament as Agatha plans for her hundredth birthday, and Ross is given a proposition. Meanwhile, there is a new arrival at the Whitworth vicarage.”

Let’s just hope now that there is nothing terrible that happens to Agatha at around this time … This show does have that habit of really making you worry about such things.

Can anyone stop George?

It’s one of the major questions that we wonder at present, given that his rise to political prominence this season has been fairly rapid. He’s become an officer of the court, and him joining Parliament would be troublesome to all of the ordinary people in Cornwall. He’s already shown little sympathy for anyone he considers to be under him in some way, and we don’t see him changing once he’s granted even more power over others.

The biggest question that we’re bringing to the table at present is precisely what the offer coming to Ross is. This could be the thing that turns the tide for him and his family above all else.

Basically, we know now that Morwenna and Whitworth are now married, which is only a reality thanks to what she was willing to do to get Drake freed from his precarious position. Following that, next week will give you a chance to see how she is handling being with this terrible monster of a man.

Meanwhile we have a better sense now of the tension surrounding Agatha’s birthday — Ross wants to spend time with her, but of course George isn’t interested in allowing it. He may be even less interested after Agatha decides to spew out some more venom about how Elizabeth’s child may be belong to Ross rather than Warleggan. We know that George has a bit of a temper on him, and he’s absolutely not going to take that rather well.
