Fear the Walking Dead season 3 episode 5: Key Alycia Debnam-Carey story

When Fear the Walking Dead season 3 episode 5 airs on AMC next week, a big story for Alicia will be at the front of it. This is a character who has grown a great deal since the start of the show, where she didn’t quite know herself in addition to the world around her. (After all, the character is still very young, though it may be a little bit easier to have blinders on that subject at this point in the show’s run.)

For fans of the character / Alycia Debnam-Carey who missed her and Kim Dickens’ Madison at the forefront (tonight’s episode is mostly about Strand and Daniel Salazar), this story will be an opportunity to learn more about what’s happening at Broke Jaw Ranch. As for Alicia, she will find some of her mistakes coming back to bite her. Whether or not we’re talking about her recent history, or things that happened earlier on in the series, remains still very much to be seen.

Fear the Walking Dead season 3 episode 5 synopsis – “A new threat reveals itself to Madison and Troy as they search for answers. Elsewhere, Alicia must reconcile with her past decisions.”

The idea of Madison and Troy having to work together in itself sounds like it’s going to be entertaining, largely because of their own history to date. Is someone like Troy really going to be all that simpatico with someone who went after his eye like Madison did? Hard to say.

The promo below does revert back to many of your favorite characters, as great as Daniel is, and gives you a sense of some of what’s coming for them. This includes an opportunity to see Madison and Troy at odds, and a little bit more of a sense that this new “home” for all of these people is probably not going to be a permanent one because of the tyrannical nature of some of the people who are running it.
