Gotham season 3 episode 19 spoilers: Nygma, Penguin work together

What is coming on Gotham season 3 episode 19? This episode is entitled “Heroes Rise: All Will Be Judged,” and there’s drama ahead. There could also be a thing or two that you never would have seen coming a couple of weeks ago, including the prospect of Nygma and Penguin working together. Remember for a moment here that Ed nearly killed Oswald by the end of the winter portion of the show, so the idea of them teaming up can’t be all that palatable to anyone. Nonetheless, that is what you’ve got, and it’s really the tip of the iceberg given that the Temple Shaman is also going to do everything that he can in order to further train Bruce. Meanwhile, Jim and Harvey are going to get closer to understanding everything within the Court of Owls. Even though Gordon is a part of the group now, this hardly means that they are going to open the gates and start handing down much of their key information to him.

Gotham season 3 episode 19 synopsis “Temple Shaman reveals his hand to Bruce Wayne and sets up the next phase of training. Gordon and Bullock are put into danger as they come across a crystal owl that reveals the most coveted secrets of Gotham’s underworld. Meanwhile, Nygma and Penguin are forced to work together to get out of a tricky situation.”

Through the end of this episode, more will be put into motion leading up the the arrival of Ra’s al Ghul, the Big Bad who will change the entire world of the show as it is known to date. This is someone very responsible for the progression of Bruce into Batman, and certainly someone who is powerful and dangerous in their own right. Their histone way or another, fingers crossed that this leads to some big reveals and a showdown coming by the end of the season. One of the biggest struggles the show faces at the moment is that Nygma is the guy running the show, and based on the source material, you’ve got a good sense he isn’t going anywhere. There is less dramatic tension as a result.
