Hawaii Five-0 season 7 episode 23 return date: Big Danny story ahead
The title for this episode is “Wehe ‘ana” (“Prelude”), and one of the big things that you can get excited about in advance here is an appearance from Orange is the New Black actress Lori Petty in the role of a nurse who is going to have a connection to a big case for Danny in particular. Isn’t it nice to get a big Danny story at this point? It feels like we’ve had a lot of great stuff as of late for many of the other characters, but we haven’t gotten enough opportunities for him to shine.
Let’s get now to sharing a little more in the way of information as to what you can expect to see.
Hawaii Five-0 season 7 episode 23 synopsis – “Danny protects a coma patient showing signs of waking who was the key witness from his last HPD case before he met Steve and joined Five-0, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, April 28 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Lori Petty guest stars as Nurse Jenny Kitson, and Michael Paul Chan guest stars as Danny’s former HPD Captain, Tanaka.”
Is there a lot to be thrilled about when it comes to this episode? Absolutely, mostly because you’ve got both Petty and Michael Paul Chan, and it appears that we’re going to have a big mystery that is tied closely to it. At this point in the season, it’s all the more important to have some of these big cases to look back and reflect on. Otherwise, you’re putting yourself in a position where you are not building up momentum.
Here is the one bit of sad news that we’ve got — after this episode airs in two weeks, there will only be two more to go for the season. Get ready to start being emotional now. (At least we already know that there’s going to be an eighth season, right? Silver livings…)
