Big Brother Canada 5 live feed spoilers: Future posturing; showmance blooming?
There’s been almost zero movement today in the debate of who should stay and who should leave. As a matter of fact, there are people like Ika who are talking as though Emily’s going to be around moving forward. Dallas seems to be a goner, and while he claims that he wants to call a house meeting tonight to try and blow things up, we’ve got a hard time thinking that it will work.
As a matter of fact, Dallas’ biggest flaw in the game is mostly the fact that he’s such a combustible guy. He’ll go off with a house meeting or a rant at any moment, and he’s ruthless in how he chooses to do so. He may be loyal to certain people, but you don’t want to run the risk that he blows up your game to anyone else.
In looking beyond this week, we’re seeing Ika try to steer Dre away from Kevin / Bruno, who continue to be targets to people like Dre. Ika remains rather busy, which probably both a good and bad thing for her in this game. There are people who trust her (Neda and Sindy), but she’s also talked so much that eventually, we see people comparing some notes. She may not be figured out as soon as Cassandra, though, who’s been far more obvious with her snake-tactics in the game.
There is also a rather-interesting sorta-love-triangle going on here. Demetres seems to have a crush on Ika, whereas Sindy seems to be into Demetres. We’re down with the idea of an Ika / Demetres showmance if it happens, only because we know that Ika’s not going to be the sort of person to choose that over the game. Typically, we advocate for the fewer showmances, the better … especially after Big Brother 18 had three of them and they all were frustrating to watch by the end.
Also, let’s just hope for some more consistent feeds tonight since we’ve dealt with some frustrating outages so far this evening … which is somewhat par for the course for Big Brother Canada, but still a bummer when you’ve got a season going that is as entertaining as this one’s proving to be.
