Big Brother 19, Zoo season 3 premiere dates confirmed by CBS
Let’s start now with the CBS reality sensation, which is starting on Wednesday, June 28 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. The show will continue to have Thursday and also Sunday editions as it has for the majority of its run to date. For those wondering why this is not being considered Big Brother 20, remember that Big Brother OTT from this past fall is being considered its own separate entity, and is not canon in any way with the established franchise other than bringing over someone in Jason Roy who appeared on the flagship version of the show.
We figure that there will be a whole lot more to report on when it comes to Big Brother 19 over the course of the coming months, but for now, we’ve got Big Brother Canada 5 to occupy us — and rest assured, it will take up plenty of time in the schedule.
In moving over to Zoo season 3 now, the James Patterson adaption is starting the very next day on Thursday, June 29, and it is going to air at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time. While we wouldn’t consider the show to be a ratings juggernaut, it’s the perfect summer TV series — it’s incredibly goofy, funny when it needs to be, and different from everything else that is out there. Even when the show doesn’t make sense, it’s equally enjoyable all the while.
There are some other new series premiering on CBS in the summer, but we’ll get to those more as we get closer to their start dates. For now, rest assured that our official premiere guide, where we keep track of start times for all of these different shows, has been updated with this new information.
