Bull episode 17 return date: When Michael Weatherly, cast will be back on TV
Let’s start things off in this article by getting the bad news out of the way, and that is that the return date isn’t for a good while. Specifically, don’t anticipate the show back on the air for “Name Game” until Tuesday, March 28. Blame March Madness in part for this; also, blame the fact that there are only 22 episodes in a season. That’s when there is a new episode of NCIS (which has 24 episodes a season) and not one of the Michael Weatherly series.
Now, why not take a dive into what’s coming when the show does return? The show hasn’t been revealing episode details all that long in advance this season, but luckily they decided to go in a slightly different direction this time around as they handed out some details a little bit earlier.
Synopsis – “When Bull fronts the money to help thousands of people bring a class action suit against a corrupt bank, he stands to lose his business if he doesn’t win at trial. Also, Benny hurts the case when he’s distracted by his attraction to a client and his anxiety over a secret he’s keeping from Bull.”
While we’ve certainly see Dr. Bull put his credibility on the line before, and even his life on an occasion or two, what is interesting about this episode in theory is that he’s putting his entire business on the line. If he loses this case, we’re not just talking about him possibly losing his job; this could have sweeping ramifications for almost everyone around him. This is something that he will have to look at and try to contend with as he moves forward in the case. We certainly do have questions aplenty as to if he can handle the pressure.
Meanwhile, isn’t it nice to see Benny getting a little bit of potential romance? Of course, it’s a little less than ideal when said romance keeps him from doing his job adequately.
