‘This Is Us’ episode 14: Justin Hartley teases Kevin’s next move

This Is Us -On this past episode of “This Is Us” on NBC, we saw the character of Kevin played by Justin Hartley make one of the biggest decisions that we’ve seen on the series to date. Specifically, what we ended up seeing was him making a decision that it was actually his ex Sophie (Alexandra Breckenridge) who may be the one for him more than Sloane or Olivia. This is great for him when it comes to clarity, but at the same exact time this is going to lead to some major problems and discussions coming up.

Want to see how these two may react to his recent decisions? Let’s just say that the two women are probably not going to take the news that well (though we’re not entirely sure how well you would expect for them to take it, given the circumstances). Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Justin Hartley teased the following about what could be coming up:

“I don’t think they would take it well. For both of them, they probably are aware that this is not their soulmate. Let me put it this way: If you’re on your way to someone’s house to break up with them, and on your way there, you get a phone call and they break up with you, it doesn’t feel good. Even though, “Wait a minute, because I’ve been mulling this over for four weeks and you call me on my way there?” So that might be what it is.”

Unfortunately, you are going to be waiting for another week or so to see how all of this unfolds, and also for the romantic lives of other characters such as Kate to unravel. NBC announced that there would be no new episode tonight ever prior to President Donald Trump announcing that a speech would be coming your way in primetime; this repeat is not related to that (though it would be understandable if you want to take out your frustrations on this particular set of circumstances). “This Is Us” will return with new episodes again starting on February 7. There may not be too many episodes coming up still this season, but you have to imagine that there are going to be plenty of emotional moments — and other key decisions — every step of the way.

For Kevin, our feeling remains that if he’s happy, we’re happy at the same time.
