‘Celebrity Big Brother 19’ eviction: Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt (a.k.a. Speidi) eliminated

CBB -

Remember how a little earlier tonight we said that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were going to make it to the end of “Celebrity Big Brother“? Well, about that…

This afternoon, the second eviction of the show came down to Kim Woodburn versus Speidi, and the viral entertainment of the “How Clean is Your House” star was apparently enough to overtake the antics of the famed couple from MTV’s “The Hills.” They were sent home far earlier than we imagined, and also far earlier than they really should have gone.

If there is one thing specifically to blame for this, it’s probably just the show itself and all of the twists that make it really hard to imagine who is going to stay or go on a regular basis. We still have a difficult read on most of the people left, other than James Cosmo. That guy’s almost surely going to win.

So who is going to cause the majority of the drama now? That’s a great question, given that we’ve now lost Austin Armacost, James Jordan, Chloe Ferry, and now Speidi over the past several episodes. Sure, we do still have Kim in there to occasionally shout at people, and Nicola McLean has become a little more of a fire-starter as of late. Still, Speidi are the two who would bring everyone together in terms of crazy arguments, and we may miss them at the very least for that.

Your enjoyment the remainder of the season is probably going to be based mostly on what you watch “Celebrity Big Brother” to see. If your goal is to merely see your favorite walk away with the prize, there’s clearly a great chance still to see that happen. James and Jedward both have enormous followings online, and Kim seems to be ironic entertainment at the very least.

What is your take on the elimination of Speidi: Was it too early to see them go? Share in the comments, and be sure to head over here if you missed our article previously on the eviction of Jessica Cunningham from the game. (Photo: Channel 5.)
