‘Bachelor in Paradise 3’ finale: Where Evan Bass / Carly Waddell, Grant Kemp / Lace Morris stand
Monday night begins the season 3 finale of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and by the end of the two-night events, who are the couples who are likely to be together for a long time? That’s something we want to try and analyze over the course of this article.
For those wondering, we’re not going to spend too much time discussing if certain people will be engaged — mostly because several of these couples have already given things away in one way or another already. (Take, for example, Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton doing a promotional tour talking about their relationship.) This is about who has some of the tools in order to make a relationship actually work in the long-term.
Grant Kemp and Lace Morris – If they get engaged coming out of the show, they’re a couple who could face some challenges. They’ve already shown to be somewhat combustible in Paradise, so are they really going to be able to make things work in the real world with additional distractions? It’s hard to be confident in a relationship so hot-and-cold.
Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton – Obviously, they’re still going strong judging from the tabloid tour, and we have little reason to believe that will change in the near future. There may be real love there, and we do think that they could have even more motivation to work through issues because of Andi Dorfman’s book and the chip that seemed to put on Josh’s shoulder.
Nick Viall and Jen Saviano – Clearly, that’s not happening. Nick is “The Bachelor” for the new season.
Carly Waddell and Evan Bass – Maybe there is no reason why these two should work as a couple, but we almost think they could as a result of that. They’re both so weird that it almost seems like the perfect couple as a result of that.
Wells Adams and Ashley Iaconetti – Are they even a real couple at this point? It’s hard to consider them that.
