‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4 spoilers: First look at penultimate episode

Beauty and the BeastIt may be sad and somewhat-strange to think about, but the reality is still the reality: We are nearing the end of “Beauty and the Beast” as a series. There are only a few episodes still to go as of this writing, with Thursday night’s installment leading the way and setting the stage for the grand finale where the curtain finally drops.

For this particular article, though, we want to share what are the first details on “No Way Out,” the penultimate episode of the entire series airing on Thursday, September 8. Yep, it’s frustrating-and-true that following this week’s episode, there is another short hiatus until the next one. It’s hard to say why anyone necessarily felt like this was a good idea, but someone out there must have.

Now, let’s go ahead and get to sharing some of those details:

“Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) face a huge setback when Vincent is secretly interrogated about an impending attack, putting Vincent at his breaking point.”

What is perhaps the most interesting to us about this synopsis is what it doesn’t mention. For one, we still do not have any precise indication as to what the endgame is meant to be on the series for the likes of Tess and JT. Meanwhile, we’re also still waiting to see precisely who the mystery beast is that could be out there. Braxton warned Cat and Vincent about this threat at the end of this past new episode, and while they didn’t believe him at first, since that time there has been some evidence showing that he may have been correct with his assumption.
