‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 3 and the Connor conflict

How to Get Away with Murder -

While there may not be many concrete details in the press at present regarding “How to Get Away with Murder” season 3, we are nonetheless thrilled to give you something to speculate over: The future of a (possible) new member of the Keating Five. Can it become six? Is there really that much more room at the end? Oliver could have an interest, and it becomes from there a question of trust. These are people who have burned to the point of charring. There may not be a need for another new face.

Still, all shall be taken into consideration, and the Oliver debate could be very interesting indeed. Showrunner Peter Nowalk offers up the latest to TVLine:

“That’s the question of the first episode … Oliver really wants to be folded into the group. He has a naughty side and he sees the fun in the dark. But [boyfriend] Connor, as we’ve seen, is against it. Also, the question remains, does Annalise want him anywhere around her? So we’re going to address that in the first episode.”

Somehow, we have a sinking feeling that this may not be the only matter to address in an opening episode where there is a Wes-related shooting to investigate, and also potentially a new case altogether to explore given that this is not a show that knows the meaning of “a snail’s pace.” It moves like a cheetah, and a rather hungry one at that looking to tear into something new. From an excitement level, we appreciate it and even if Oliver does not find himself with a new company (yes, we see what we did there), he’ll still have a capable story somewhere.
