‘Outcast’ finale spoilers: ‘This Little Light’ of mine, I’m gonna let it shine

“This Little Light” is the title for next week’s season finale for “Outcast,” and we gotta think that this is a reference to the classic song above … especially when consider that this is often one big religious undertone about the nature of evil and the inherent darkness in all of us.

Without getting too thematic, let’s try to break down precisely what story we’re being led in for this final episode of the year. It begins with Kyle and Reverend Anderson, who will be on a search through Rome for what the synopsis calls an “unexpected perpetrator” … though matters are certainly a little more clear for that.

As for Sidney, he may offer up some further insight in this episode as to his own goals and intentions. The more Brent Spiner we have on the series, the better off we’re going to be.

The preview below offers up a slight, terrifying preview of what to expect, namely where Amber is front and center for a search, and where blood, possessions, and fire could run rampant. Basically, Kyle Barnes is going to have his work cut out for him.

More than giving you any one particular piece of advice for watching the finale, the one thing that we can say is that really, the best thing to do is just dive in and prepare to enjoy a crazy thrill ride. There is no reason to be stressed while watching this, given that the show has already been renewed for a second season. Not only that, but they are already filming!
