‘America’s Got Talent’ results: Did Sam Morril, Brian Justin Crum, Blake Vogt advancing to live shows?
Tonight, “America’s Got Talent” brought us a show that was jammed full of performances, and many of them proved to be quite great! We had George Lopez’s Golden Buzzer act Malevo rock the stage, and then also singers, comedians, magic acts, and a guy who decided to shove a drill down his throat.
To us, the real excitement comes via the results, mostly because we were not feeling altogether sure going into this episode precisely what Simon Cowell and the judges were going to do here. After all, they only had six spots, and there were probably eight or nine acts we saw tonight who were genuine candidates to move forward. We’ll have the list below shortly.
Alla and Daniel – We expected the kid dancer and his mom to make it through, mostly because they are different than almost everyone else.
Daniel Joyner – Given how much he stepped it up tonight, just imagine what he could do the rest of the season!
Ryan Stock and AmberLynn – Hey, if you want variety in your live shows, you certainly have it here! They really are one of the best freakshow acts that this show has ever seen.
Blake Vogt – Like Daniel, he was someone we were torn on entering tonight, but not so much now. Rejoice!
Tape Face – Could the show really move forward without him? The guy has been almost a viral sensation.
Brian Justin Crum – He performed last, and sometimes that is a pretty dead giveaway as to who is moving on.
Are we sad about Sam Morril? Absolutely (we would have put him in over Alla and Daniel), but we’d say that with the rest of the field, the show did a pretty good job of getting in variety.
