‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Are Nicole and Corey playing with fire?

Corey -This has certainly been an odd week when it comes to “Big Brother 18” and the live feeds, especially since we’re in the precarious position of having to separate gameplay from personal feelings. This is especially true for Nicole.

Over the past few days, she has gone from being the undisputed favorite this season to a polarizing figure in the house, and it’s all because of her deciding that keeping Frank around for a while could be a good thing. We don’t perceive it as her trying to reward someone who has made sexist comments and displayed deplorable behavior; instead, she’s trying to win $500,000 and thinks that it may be good to keep him around a bit. Is it? The thinking here is that he will always be a larger target, and maybe that’s true. Yet, at the same time there are people in the game cognizant that she and Corey are a duo, and given the sentiment towards Frank in particular, Nicole may be reaching. If you choose to work with someone you know other people in the house hate, they could hold it against you in the jury. If she takes Frank to the end, on the other hand, she probably wins easily.

As for some general updates from this afternoon, Nicole continues to be frustrated with Tiffany’s presence, and one of her motivating factors to get rid of her may unconsciously be that she does not like her around. Speaking of which, Michelle is still complaining about Bridgette’s “shaving her eyebrows” controversy, and Frank doesn’t like Paul going on and on about friendship.

Meanwhile, Da’Vonne is aware of some plans to target her next week, and we do wonder whether or not Frank could be spared by a cold war brewing between her and Nicole. It’s strange, but James is in the best position in the house among the returning players, and it’s not even close. He may even be playing the best game out of anyone in terms of not being targeted.
