‘Girl Meets World’ season 3 spoilers: Official details on ‘Girl Meets High School’

The folks over at “Girl Meets World” certainly kept you waiting for the first information regarding the start of season 3 in one week’s time, but wait no longer! The Disney Channel has finally released the synopsis for the two-part “Girl Meets High School” premiere to go along with many photos, including the one above showing Riley Matthews attempting, alongside many of her other friends, to prepare for life in a new environment.

Part 1 (June 3) – “Riley, Maya, Lucas and Farkle are now freshmen in high school, and quickly learn what it is like to no longer be “kings” of the school.”

Part 2 (June 5) – “As the group continues to adjust to the rigors of high school, some decide to join sports teams while others participate in academic clubs.”

These two episodes are for the most part going to be about the difficult adjustment that comes with being in high school (as many of us can attest to), and as a result of that, we’re not sure there will be any other information released on the relationships that started to evolve with Riley, Lucas, and Maya through much of season 2. Patience is key here, mostly because this is a long season, and with that we imagine that there is going to be a lot of time for them to let stories play out slowly and organically. We think that this is a show mostly about change and growing up, so these will likely be prioritized much more than any specific romance will … at least in the short-term.
