‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 3: Possible premiere dates for Viola Davis series

Tonight, ABC is going to try to give “How to Get Away with Murder” what is hopefully a worthy send-off for the second season, and if nothing else, we are certainly sure that it is going to be dramatic and then some.

So where can you expect the series to go from here? Well, what we can tell you first and foremost now is that there is no immediate reason to be concerned over the future of the show, given that ABC has already renewed it for the third season. As for when this batch of episodes will air, the easy answer to that is more than likely fall. ABC has formulated a pretty good plan in regards to their #TGIT lineup. While it may not be a ratings giant in the way in which it was a year ago, it still drives more social traffic for them than almost any other show, and they need basically every bit of support that they can get now given where the rest of their lineup is at present.

As for precisely how many episodes this third season will be, our guess at the moment is 15 once more, though that is not concerned. We do think that a tighter order for this show allows the pacing to be a little faster than it is for some other series, and one other reason for this is Viola Davis’ schedule and movie career. This allows her to play Annalise and then do other things in the other times of the year.
