‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9 spoilers: Emily returns in ‘The Application Deterioration’

Laura Spencer -

It was not too long ago on “The Big Bang Theory” when Raj broke up with Emily, a move that caused some shockwaves through his life for two simple reasons. First, he made the move thinking that he was going to be able to get with Claire afterwards, only to then realize that this wasn’t going to happen. Also, it took a lot for him to consider ending things with her, given that he is the sort of person who has been terrified of ending up alone most of his life.

“The Application Deterioration” a.k.a. the 201st episode of the show will be airing on March 10. If you are interested in getting some more news in terms of what to expect, check out the attached synopsis below:

“Leonard, Sheldon, and Wolowitz run into problems when they file for a patent for their infinite persistence gyroscope. Also, Penny, Amy and Bernadette give Koothrappali dating advice when Emily reaches out to him after their breakup.”

Does this necessarily mean that the two of them are getting back together? Not necessarily, but this is a chance for the two to have closure if nothing else after what was a pretty quick split. Maybe it is in here that Raj will find the courage to say what he didn’t previously, which included that he wasn’t sure they were right for each other. Just remember Emily’s heavy obsession with death, skulls, and the like as evidence of how they differ. Raj is one of the brightest, cheeriest guys out there.
