‘Arrow’ season 4 spoilers: Official details on Vixen appearance!

For those of you who have been waiting some more news regarding the upcoming appearance of Megalyn E.K. on “Arrow” as Vixen, great news: It’s coming on February 24, meaning that you are now less than three weeks away from seeing her in action!

As for how she is coming aboard, think of this almost as a cousin-story to how Constantine showed up. Oliver Queen realizes that he has a problem with a very specific solution, and it is one that he cannot resolve on his own. This is something that the official synopsis below details further:

“Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes he needs help battling Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) so he calls in an old friend – Vixen (guest star Megalyn E.K.). Using her magical ability to summon animal powers, Vixen gets a lock on Darhk’s location and the team goes to war. Meanwhile, Thea (Willa Holland) has a heart-to-heart talk with Malcolm (John Barrowman).”

In case you’re wondering why some of the other regulars like a Diggle and Felicity are not mentioned in here, it’s a good question. We can at least give an answer in regards to Diggle right now, and that is that he is busy off in Central City. He’s appearing in the upcoming February 23 episode of “The Flash,” and we presume that there are only so many different places that he can be at a single time (even if the two shows film relatively close to one another).

Hopefully, this Vixen one-off will prove itself to be worth the wait.
