‘The Blacklist’ season 3 spoilers: Expect more indecision on Liz Keen’s future
At the end of this past episode of “The Blacklist” season 3, we saw Elizabeth Keen strongly consider the idea of giving her child up for adoption. In the end, we definitely understand why. She is a woman who is constantly in grave danger, and it certainly makes some sense why she would worry about a child being forced to grow up in that environment.
Based on the first details for the upcoming February 18 episode of the show entitled “Drexel,” it certainly doesn’t seem like the next new episode will begin with Megan Boone’s character having firmly figured out what she wants to do. This could be a choice that takes a great deal of time for her to figure out:
“After the founder of a successful internet start-up is found dead, Red (James Spader) recognizes the crime scene as the work of a notorious killer. Liz (Megan Boone) and the task force work with Red to track the murderer through a dangerous underground news source. Meanwhile, Tom (Ryan Eggold) faces a life threatening situation, while Liz considers options for her baby.”
There could be a wide array of these said options, and even if she doesn’t decide to keep the child herself, there are still plenty of other ways that she could be a part of the kid’s life. That is what makes this particular situation so fascinating right now: There are a wide array of possibilities that could be explored depending on what you decided to do, and we’re putting our trust in the writers that they have come up with something creative and compelling for the character.
