‘Elementary’ season 4, episode 11 preview: Can Holmes and Watson solve a case without clues?

ElementaryThe fourth season of “Elementary” has brought us a variety of interesting cases so far this season, whether it be ones that incorporate Sherlock’s father or question what the future of Detective Bell could be with the force. Everyone on this show is pretty adept when it comes to selling crimes and busting bad guys.

With that being said, what is going to happen when these same crime-solvers stumble across a case without any clues? That is going to be the theme of next week’s new installment. You can see the synopsis below:

“Holmes and Watson must search for a killer without any physical evidence to aid them after a bomb is detonated in the New York City morgue. Also, Watson is suspicious when an NYPD detective she’s in a grudge match with asks her to consult on a case.”

The first part of this is the most interesting to us, largely because of the fact that Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu’s characters are masters at figuring things out with evidence. Dealing with a lack of that is an entirely different world, and it could test them in ways that they have never really been before. We just hope that by the time we make it to the end of the episode, we see a few light-bulbs go off somewhere. Given the nature of this show, it’s very likely that they will. Unsolved mysteries are really not the sort of thing that this particular program likes to focus on.
