‘Supergirl’ episode 11 preview: Blake Jenner, Melissa Benoist reunite onscreen

For those of you who remember Blake Jenner and Melissa Benoist for their time together on “Glee,” good news: You’re going to be getting a chance to see the two together on next week’s all-new episode of “Supergirl.” You’ve already heard a thing or two about Jenner’s character Adam, who is Cat Grant’s secret son who has been living on the other side of the country. However, all of that is going to change, and eventually he may become a love interest for Benoist’s Kara.

Given that Blake and Melissa are married in real life, we have to assume that their chemistry is going to be there and then some!

This episode is entitled “Strange Visitor from Another Planet,” and based on the synopsis below it seems like we’re going to continue to see Hank Henshaw in the spotlight:

“Kara must help Hank face his painful past when a White Martian, a member of the alien race that wiped out his people, kidnaps Senator Miranda Crane (Tawny Cypress), an anti-alien politician. Also, Cat’s estranged son, Adam (Blake Jenner), arrives in National City.”

By the end of this episode we’ll going to get a chance to see the future of Kara’s personal life, and we have to say that Jenner’s got his work cut out for him making us ‘ship Adam and Kara based on what we had with Winn tonight. Remember that kiss? Well, we certainly feel like we’re rooting for him right now since he clearly cares for her and then some.
